Because all items in the Variable Faith / EveryDay Grace Shop digital collection are instant downloads, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

That said, I want you to be truly happy with your purchase.
If you experience any issues with your files — trouble downloading, formatting questions, printing problems, or an item not appearing as expected — please reach out. I’m always glad to help and will work with you to make it right.

Physical Product Return Policy

Physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact me with a photo of the issue, and I will replace or refund your item promptly.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect on arrival.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
